本文报告了转化一个有习惯问题的中职生的案例,来访者的主要问题是上课废话多,影响自己及同学的学习,引发了同学之间和师生之间的人际关系问题。主要采用行为疗法中的行为契约、自我管理、促进泛化的策略,反应代价等技巧,使学生发生改变。
This article reports on a case of converting a vocational student with a habitual problem. The main problem for the visitor is that there are many nonsense lessons that affect himself and his classmates, triggering interpersonal relationships among the classmates and teachers and students. Mainly used behavioral therapy behavioral contract, self-management, to promote the generalization of the strategy, the reaction cost skills, so that students change.
