本文针对目前机械压力机气动摩擦制动器存在的问题,从设计角度进行了理论分析,导出了不同工作条件下合理的最大制动力矩、制动角的计算公式。经实验测定证实,公式计算简便、准确,可供新设备设计和老设备改造参考。
In this paper, according to the existing problems of pneumatic friction brakes for mechanical presses, the theoretical analysis is made from the design point of view, and the formulas for calculating the reasonable maximum braking torque and braking angle under different working conditions are derived. The experimental determination confirmed that the formula is simple and accurate, for new equipment design and transformation of old equipment reference.
