目的:观察阿克他利对免疫增强及免疫抑制小鼠的迟发型超敏反应(delayedtypehypersensitivity,DTH)的影响以及对以上两种小鼠T细胞亚型的影响,以期观察阿克他利的免疫调节作用及其免疫调节作用机制。方法:不同浓度环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)造成免疫增强及免疫低下小鼠模型,采用2,4二硝基氟苯(dinitrofluorobenzene,DNFB)免疫及攻击测定小鼠DTH反应;测定模型小鼠脾T淋巴细胞亚型的改变。结果:阿克他利对由大剂量Cy(致敏前3d,Cy250mg·kg-1,皮下注射)造成的DTH增强有明显的抑制作用,对由Cy(致敏当天,80mg·kg-1,皮下注射)造成的小鼠DTH低下有恢复作用。进一步观察,发现阿克他利可有效调节过高或过低的T细胞亚型水平,对Cy造成的免疫增强小鼠,使Th与Ts数量均有下降,但Th下降比例大于Ts,使Th/Ts值随剂量增加而降低;对Cy造成的免疫抑制小鼠,阿克他利可使Th、Ts有所回升,而Ts回升更明显,亦使Th/Ts值下降。结论:阿克他利具有显著的免疫调节作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of actelysulide on delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) in immunosuppressive and immunosuppressed mice and the effect on the T cell subsets in the above two kinds of mice in order to observe the effects of acitretin Regulatory effect and its immune regulatory mechanism. Methods: Immunostimulatory and immunosuppressive mice models were induced by different concentrations of Cyclophosphamide (Cy). Further observation showed that acetaliplatin effectively regulates the level of T cell subtypes, which is too high or too low, and decreases the numbers of Th and Ts in immune-boosted mice induced by Cy, but the Th decline ratio is larger than Ts, making Th / Ts decreased with increasing doses. In the immunosuppressive mice induced by Cy, metatlidipration increased Th and Ts, while Ts increased more significantly, and Th / Ts decreased. Conclusion: Acetari has a significant immunomodulatory effect.
