目的以HPLC指纹图谱为基础,对比分析准噶尔乌头同川乌和草乌,以及新疆常见的白喉乌头的色谱指纹图谱间的相似度,评价准噶尔乌头、白喉乌头与川乌、草乌的化学亲缘关系。方法通过Chem Pattern化学指纹图谱分析系统解决方案软件,将准噶尔乌头指纹图谱的共有模式分别同川乌、草乌、白喉乌头指纹图谱的共有模式进行聚类分析、相似度分析、主成分分析。结果化学指纹图谱分析系统解决方案软件分析表明,准噶尔乌头与草乌相似度较高,白喉乌头和川乌的相似度较高。结论初步确定新疆白喉乌头和已有法定标准的草乌相似度较高,值得进一步研究开发。
OBJECTIVE To compare the similarity between the fingerprints of Chuanwuwu and Aconitum in Aconitum chongii and the fingerprints of Aconitum vulgare in Xinjiang based on HPLC fingerprints, Chemical relationship. Methods Through the Chem Pattern chemical fingerprint analysis system solution software, the common patterns of the Aconitum fingerprints in Junggar were clustered with the common patterns of Aconitum kusnezoffii, Radix Aconiti kusnezoffii and P. diphtheriae respectively, and the similarity analysis, principal component analysis . Results Software analysis of chemical fingerprinting analysis system solution showed that there was a high similarity between Aconitum and Aconiti kusnezoffii in Junggar, and the similarity between Aconitum and Aconiti kusnezoffii was high. Conclusion The preliminary identification of Aconitum kusnezoffii in Xinjiang and the statutory standard of Aconiti kusnezoffi has a high similarity and deserves further research and development.
