本文报道了黄连素电化学检测器用于复方黄连素片的流动注射分析研究,其线性范围可达10~(-5)～10~(-3)mol/L,平均回收率为98.0%,相对标准偏差为1.2%。该方法不仅可用于复方黄连素片中黄连素的含量测定,还可用于其中黄连素的溶出度和均匀度检查,结果准确可靠,样品分析速度可达120次/小时。 In this paper, the analytical application of the berberine electrochemical detector in the flow injection analysis of the compound berberine tablets was reported.
