在分析比较了 Monte Carlo 法和段法各自优缺点的基础上,发展了 MonteCarlo 法与段法相结合的火焰炉传热数学模型。用Monte Carlo 法计算全交换面积;推导了长方体分段时空间能束传播方向的角度变换公式;以实验炉的具体条件建立了炉内传热模型,在模型中考虑了炉气回流及炉内析热场。模型计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。本模型克服了 Monte Carlo 法与段法各自的缺点,是简化段法并保持其精确性的一种新途径。
Based on the analysis of the respective advantages and disadvantages of Monte Carlo method and segment method, a mathematic model of heat transfer in flame furnace based on Monte Carlo method and segment method is developed. The Monte Carlo method was used to calculate the total exchange area. The angular transformation formula of the beam propagation direction in rectangular space was deduced. The heat transfer model in the furnace was established based on the experimental conditions. Analysis of the heat field. The calculated results agree well with the experimental results. This model overcomes the respective shortcomings of Monte Carlo method and segment method and is a new way to simplify segment method and maintain its accuracy.
