腹膜后淋巴管瘤临床上极少见。我院自1975年至1996年经手术及病理检查证实者11例。该病男性多于女性，以中、上腹部多发。患者常以“腹部肿块”而就诊。术前确诊困难，手术是最理想治疗方法。本组均一期根治性切除。 Retroperitoneal lymphangioma is rare in clinical practice. Our hospital has been confirmed by surgery and pathological examination from 1975 to 1996 in 11 cases. The disease is more common in men than women and occurs frequently in the middle and upper abdomen. Patients often referred to “abdominal masses” for treatment. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult and surgery is the best treatment. The group was a radical resection.
