采用宏观检验、光谱分析、显微组织检验、硬度测定和室温抗拉强度测定等方法对一起电站锅炉爆管事故的原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:水冷壁管短时过热造成材料高温强度降低,从而引起爆管。
The causes of a squib accident in a power station boiler were comprehensively analyzed by macroscopic test, spectral analysis, microstructure test, hardness measurement and room temperature tensile strength test. The results show that the short-time overheating of the water wall tube causes the high temperature strength of the material to decrease, which causes the squib.
