目的探讨脐动脉血气分析在新生儿窒息预防及诊断中的效果应用。方法选择在我院分娩的新生儿一共有120例,对120例新生儿采取Apgar评分对其窒息程度给予评估,根据评分等级分为实验组和对照组,实验组为正常新生儿,对照组为窒息患儿,同时采取脐动脉血气进行分析。结果两组新生儿的脐动脉血气分析结果之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Apgar评分系统可以对新生儿窒息给予有效判断,同时血气分析的精确度也相对比较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of umbilical artery blood gas analysis in neonatal asphyxia prevention and diagnosis. Methods A total of 120 newborns were delivered in our hospital. Apgar score of 120 newborns was used to assess the degree of asphyxia. According to the grading scale, the newborn infants were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was normal newborn and the control group was Suffocation in children, while taking umbilical arterial blood gas for analysis. Results The results of umbilical arterial blood gas analysis between the two groups had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Apgar scoring system can effectively judge neonatal asphyxia, while the accuracy of blood gas analysis is relatively high, with high clinical value.
