目前,原油泄漏对海洋生物的影响为人关注。该文综述了海洋生物体内石油烃含量,原油水溶液对海洋生物的急性毒性、对海洋生物体内氧化酶系统多种酶活力及氧化产物含量、对生殖功能的影响及其分子生物学机制,结果提示,鱼类、软体类、甲壳类等海洋生物体内均检出石油烃;抗氧化酶可作为原油水溶液对海洋生物影响的生物标志物,石油烃的海水环境基准及风险评估方法有待尽快建立和完善,为人体健康风险评估奠定基础。
At present, the impact of crude oil leakage on marine life is a concern. This paper summarizes the petroleum hydrocarbon content of marine organisms, the acute toxicity of crude oil aqueous solution to marine organisms, the activity of multiple enzymes and oxidative products in marine organisms, the effects on the reproductive function and the molecular biological mechanisms, and the results suggest , Fish, molluscs and crustaceans, etc. Antioxidant enzymes can be used as biomarkers for the impact of crude oil in aquatic organisms on marine organisms.
