“林下经济”并不是一个新词汇,却在当下,尤其是在集体林权制度改革之中被赋予了新的内容。调研发现,山东省林下经济特点突出,发展总体形势令人鼓舞,典型案例佐证了林下经济发展的潜力和前景,目前还存在项目来源、资金供给、经营风险、市场开拓、基础设施等制约因素。但林下经济仍然是协调生态与经济关系、兼顾国家与农民利益的一篇大文章,大有可为。 “Under-forest economy ” is not a new term, but has been given new content in the moment, especially in the reform of the collective forest tenure system.
