我院1986年8月～1991年8月间对12例复发肝癌行再手术，报告如下。临床资料本组12例中，男10例，女2例，年龄27～60岁，平均40．3岁。根据1977年全国肝癌诊断标准，首次术前诊断：I期4例，对期7例，1期1例，病理诊断均为肝细胞癌。本组病例中，术后1年内复发者有2例，l年后复发
Between August 1986 and August 1991 in our hospital, 12 cases of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma were reoperated. The report is as follows. Clinical data in this group of 12 cases, 10 males and 2 females, aged 27 to 60 years, mean 40.3 years old. According to the national standard for diagnosis of liver cancer in 1977, the first preoperative diagnosis was: 4 cases in stage I, 7 cases in stage, and 1 case in stage 1. The pathological diagnosis was hepatocellular carcinoma. In this group of patients, there were 2 cases of recurrence within 1 year after surgery and recurrence after 1 year
