基于CAE技术平台的塑料手柄浇注系统设计与优化

针对塑料手柄在生成实际中出现批锋缺陷的问题,借助CAE分析软件平台进行计算机数值模拟,通过对模拟结果的合理分析,提出流动成型的改进方案,并最终选定符合实际的浇注系统优化方案。实验结果表明,通过Moldflow的分析,能够准确地预测制品成型过程的填充行为,并快速找到制品出现问题的原因,进而为优化浇注系统提供设计依据。利用优化方案改进模具结构进行注塑生产,不仅得到了合格制件,而且缩短了模具的开发周期,为生产企业赢得了可观的经济效益。 Aiming at the problem of plastic handle in the actual production of batch flaws, CAE analysis software platform is used to carry on the numerical simulation of the computer. Through the reasonable analysis of the simulation results, the improvement scheme of flow molding is put forward and the actual pouring system optimization plan is finally selected . The experimental results show that through the analysis of Moldflow, the filling behavior of the product forming process can be accurately predicted, and the cause of the product problem can be quickly found out, so as to provide the design basis for optimizing the pouring system. The use of optimization programs to improve the mold structure for injection molding, not only qualified parts, but also shorten the mold development cycle, for the production of enterprises has won considerable economic benefits.
