砂毛机噪声危害在术材加工行业中是十分严重的,例如武汉市综合制材厂使用的1600型单辊砂毛机运转时,其噪声级高达100dB(A)以上,超过了国家规定的噪声卫生标准。操作工人深受危害。为了改善工人的劳动环境,对砂毛机噪声进行了治理,使整机噪声降低到82～84.5dB(A)。一、砂毛机噪声的产生机理及其特性砂毛机由砂毛辊筒、砂辊摆动机构、动力机械、变速机构及吸尘装置等组成。其主要性能参数见表1。
