本文介绍了乌克兰矿山研究院提出的利用地下开采要素用露天法开采露天矿深部水平矿量的新工艺。利用该工艺可减少露天矿削坡和扩帮工程量，并可在露天来空区中排放部分废石，降低矿山生产对周围环境的污染。以因古列庆采选公司露天矿为例，说明了实现这一新工艺的效益。
This paper presents a new process proposed by the Ukrainian Institute of Mines to exploit the underground mining elements to exploit the open-pit deep-level mines in the open pit. The process can be used to reduce the amount of open pit slope cutting and expansion works and to discharge some waste rock in open-air airspace to reduce the pollution of the surrounding environment caused by mine production. Taking the open-pit mine in Guleqing Company as an example, it shows the benefits of realizing this new process.
