目的探讨单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染与自然流产的关系。方法应用非放射性核酸分子原位杂交技术检测56例自然流产者的流产组织或子宫内膜组织中HSVDNA的存在情况,其中40例为流产组织(均可见蜕膜和绒毛组织)、16例为自然流产后子宫内膜;20例同龄人流胎盘组织和20例正常子宫内膜分别作为对照组。结果自然流产后子宫内膜HSVDNA的检出率为56.3%(9/16例),明显高于正常子宫内膜,差异有有显著性(P<0.05);自然流产组蜕膜组织HSVDNA的检出率为47.5%(19/40例),明显高于人工流产组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);胎盘绒毛滋养细胞核内存在HSVDNA,自然流产组有14.7%(5/34例)、人工流产组有5%(1/20例)。结论宫内HSV感染与部分自然流产有关;HSVDNA可进入胎盘,但几率较小。
Objective To investigate the relationship between herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection and spontaneous abortion. Methods The presence of HSVDNA in abortion tissue or endometrium of 56 spontaneous abortion patients was detected by in situ hybridization of non-radioactive nucleic acid in situ hybridization, of which 40 were abortion tissues (all showed decidua and villus), and 16 were natural Endometrial abortion after abortion; 20 cases of flow placenta of the same age group and 20 cases of normal endometrium as control group. Results The detection rate of endometrial HSVDNA was 56.3% (9/16 cases) after spontaneous abortion, which was significantly higher than that of normal endometrium (P <0.05). HSVDNA of decidua in spontaneous abortion The rate of HSVDNA was 47.5% (19/40 cases) in abortion group, which was significantly higher than that in induced abortion group (P <0.05). There were 14.7% (5/34) HSVDNA in placental trophoblast cells, Artificial abortion group 5% (1/20 cases). Conclusions Intrauterine HSV infection is associated with some spontaneous abortion; HSVDNA may enter the placenta with a lower chance of HSV infection.
