绩效考核作为人力资源管理的核心环节,对合理高效地激励研发人员、实现企业战略目标尤为重要。以北京市海淀区中小型民营高科技企业为研究对象,使用访谈、问卷和层次分析等方法,对现有绩效考核指标体系中的问题提出改进方案。
As the core part of human resources management, performance appraisal is particularly important to motivate R & D personnel reasonably and efficiently and realize the strategic goal of the enterprise. Taking the small and medium-sized private high-tech enterprises in Haidian District of Beijing as the research object, this paper puts forward some improvement measures to the problems in the existing performance appraisal index system by means of interviews, questionnaires and level analysis.
