高频电刺激对最大握力与肌肉耐力的急性影响

本文的目的是确定高频电刺激对最大握力和肌肉耐力的急性影响,46名健康受试者的腕指屈肌受15/50/10治疗方案的刺激)用ElectroStim 180—2)测定刺激前、刺激后即刻以及恢复期30分钟的最大随意等长收缩的握力(MVIC),肌肉耐力(MUE)以及达到50%疲劳时的时间(TM)。结果表明刺激后MVIC、MUE及TM降低(P<.05),刺激后即刻与30分钟的MVIC、MUE及TM无统计学差异(P>.05)。最后建议(1)运动员不要在比赛前30分钟内接受电刺激;(2)引起肌肉收缩(运动刺激)的电流强度不产生皮肤感觉缺失。有必要进行进一步的研究来确定外源性电刺激后当肌肉力量和肌肉耐力重新达到基线水平值的准确时间结构。 The purpose of this paper is to determine the acute effects of high-frequency electrical stimulation on maximal grip and muscular endurance, 46 healthy subjects whose wrist flexors are stimulated by a 15/50/10 regimen) with ElectroStim 180-2) MVIC, MUE, and time to TM at 50% fatigue immediately after stimulation and for 30 minutes of convalescence. The results showed that MVIC, MUE and TM decreased (P <.05) after stimulation, but no significant difference was found between MVIC, MUE and TM immediately after stimulation (P> .05). The final recommendations (1) athletes do not receive electrical stimulation within 30 minutes before the race; (2) the current intensity causing muscle contraction (exercise stimulation) does not produce skin sensory loss. Further research is needed to determine the exact time structure after exogenous electrical stimulation when muscle strength and muscle endurance again reach baseline values.
