洋山港是中国首个离岸式深水港口,小洋山位于洋山港海域北侧。2012年1月-12月对小洋山近岸水域浮游植物进行了采样调查,共鉴定出浮游植物183种,隶属7门77属。其中硅藻门为主要类群,共51属143种,占物种丰富度的78.14%。浮游植物的年平均细胞丰度为(7.01±6.26)×104cell/L。骨条藻(Skeletonema sp.)和具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)为全年优势种,细长列海链藻(Thalassiosira leptopus)、碎片菱形藻(Nitzschia frustulum)、菱形缝舟藻(Rhaphoneis rhomoides)和梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana)为常见种。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H’)、Margalef丰富度指数(D)和Pielous均匀度指数(J)全年均值分别为2.59±0.75、4.00±1.44和0.55±0.15。硅藻商全年均值为1.06±0.20。冗余分析(RDA)表明对该水域浮游植物影响较大的环境因子是盐度、水温、溶解氧和悬浮物浓度。
Yangshan Port is China’s first offshore deep-water port, and Little Yangshan is located on the northern side of Yangshan Harbor. From January to December in 2012, a total of 183 species of phytoplankton were identified, covering 77 genera and 7 genera. Redundancy analysis (RDA) shows that the environmental factors that have a significant impact on phytoplankton in this area are salinity, water temperature, dissolved oxygen and suspended matter concentrations.
