目的探讨生育政策调整对广州市2013-2018年出生活产儿数变化影响,为妇幼健康相关政策制定提供依据。方法收集广州市2013-2018年所有助产机构住院分娩活产数,活产数资料来自于国家卫生行政部门要求广州市所有助产机构上报的《住院分娩情况月报表》,描述活产数总体变化趋势,分析各年高龄产妇比例和二孩出生比例的变化情况。结果2013年活产数219348人,2014年增加17448人(8.0%),2017年环比增长21899至281940人(8.4%),2018年活产数246983人,比2017年减少34957
