高校信息素养教育是面向“90后”大学生开展的特定教育,大学生的个性特征和行为特征将直接或间接地影响着信息素养教育模式。信息素养教育SCPT培养模式通过技能培养层、能力培养层、思维培养层、实践培养层4个层次,充分利用大学生个性、自信、功利、碎片、多线程等个性特征,通过课堂教学、自主学习、任务参与、交流与共享等教学方式,实现信息素养水平的整体提高。
