[目的]观察不同形态饲料对慢性胃炎大鼠胃组织结构的影响。[方法]采用氨水喂养大鼠慢性胃炎造模,通过不同形态饲料饲养观察对慢性胃炎模型大鼠组织结构中腺管总长、腺管腺部长、表面上皮长、PAS阳性厚度、壁细胞数以及胃黏膜表面pH值等方面的影响。[结果]与喂流质饲料大鼠比较,喂干饲料大鼠腺管总长、腺管腺部长、表面上皮长均增长,PAS阳性厚度增厚,壁细胞数增多(P<0.01);胃黏膜表面pH值增高,酸性降低(P<0.01)。[结论]干饲料组大鼠胃黏膜组织结构的变化,更有利于减轻攻击因子对胃黏膜的刺激作用,从而抑制了炎症的发展,有利于慢性胃炎的康复。
[Objective] To observe the effect of different forms of feed on the gastric tissue structure of chronic gastritis rats. [Method] The model of chronic gastritis was fed by ammonia water in rats. The total length of glandular duct, the length of glandular gland, the length of epithelium, the positive thickness of PAS, the number of parietal cells and the number of parietal cells in the tissue of chronic gastritis model rats were observed by feeding different forms of diet. [Results] Compared with the fed-batch control rats, the total length of glandular duct, glandular gland length and surface epithelium of fed-dry rats were increased, the positive thickness of PAS was thick and the number of parietal cells was increased (P <0.01) pH value increased, acidity decreased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The change of gastric mucosa structure in the dry-feed group is more conducive to reduce the stimulation of gastric mucosa by the attacking factor, thus inhibiting the development of inflammation and facilitating the rehabilitation of chronic gastritis.
