由于射频发射距离的限制,当两体式轮胎压力监测系统(TirePressureMonitoringSystem,简称TPMS)被安装在客车、载货汽车等车身较长的汽车上时,系统运行会不稳定。本文介绍了三体式轮胎压力检测系统的硬件组成及软件设计方法。阐述了基于GENPX传感器的轮胎检测模块设计方案和基于摩托罗拉33594接收机的接收模块的设计方案。并给出了模块硬件电路以及相关程序框图和通信协议。
Due to the limitation of radio frequency transmission distance, when the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is installed on a car with a longer body, such as a passenger car or a truck, the system operation may be unstable. This article introduces the hardware composition and software design method of three-body tire pressure detection system. The design of the tire testing module based on GENPX sensor and the receiving module based on the Motorola 33594 receiver are described. And given the module hardware circuit and related program block diagram and communication protocol.
