附加次同步阻尼控制器(supplementary subsynchronous damping controller,SSDC)是解决由直流输电引起次同步振荡的一种有效措施。通过建立交直流系统发电机转速到电气转矩环节解耦传递函数结构分析了附加次同步阻尼控制器抑制次同步振荡原理,提出一种新型窄带通多通道SSDC结构及其相位校正计算方法,并设计开发了一套基于MATLAB图形用户界面(graphical user interfaces,GUI)的高压直流输电SSDC参数整定与分析软件。呼辽直流输电工程引起伊敏电厂三期两台汽轮发电机组次同步振荡的EMTDC/PSCAD实例仿真验证了所提出新结构与方法的可行性和有效性。
Additional subsynchronous damping controller (SSDC) is an effective measure to solve subsynchronous oscillations caused by DC transmission. By setting up the structure of decoupling transfer function from AC / DC generator speed to electric torque link, this paper analyzes the principle of subsynchronous damping with SSC and proposes a new method of narrow bandpass multi-channel SSDC and its phase correction method. A set of software for setting up and analyzing the HVDC SSDC parameters based on MATLAB graphical user interfaces (GUI) was designed and developed. The case of EMTDC / PSCAD which caused sub-synchronous oscillation of two turbogenerator units in the three phase of Yimin Power Plant was simulated by the HVDC transmission project in Hohhot to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed new structure and method.
