我到经济环境监察中心以后,明确了“机关风清气正、社会政通人和”的工作目标;确立了“四化”的工作理念,即:化政策水平为服务水平,化权力空间为服务空间,化资源优势为服务优势,化业务能力为服务能力;确定了四条基本工作措施,即:受理企业投诉;社会评议机关;明察暗访;机关服务创新。上半年,我继续围绕落实这些目标、理念和措施进行改革与探索,取得了长足的进展。回顾上半年的工作,其中付出精力最多、也最有收获的就是受理企业投诉,先后亲自成功受理了19件企业投诉。所以,我今天重点述职受理企业投诉方面的内容。
