针对攀枝花某选矿厂磁钛精矿的矿石性质,采用“H2SO4—Na2SiO3—MOS”药剂制度,对TiO2品位22.09%的强磁精矿进行浮选。通过浮选条件试验,确定了最佳浮选条件,然后通过比较浮选开路流程及闭路流程试验,最终获得钛铁矿精矿品位47.81%、回收率80.36%的试验指标。实验室试验获得的钛铁矿回收率与现场钛铁矿回收率相比,取得了较好的试验结果。
Aiming at the ore properties of magnetite concentrate in a mineral processing plant in Panzhihua, the “H2SO4-Na2SiO3-MOS ” pharmaceutical system was used to flotate the strong magnetic concentrate with 22.09% TiO2 content. Through the flotation test, the best flotation conditions were determined, and then the flotation open circuit and closed-circuit test were compared to get the experimental index of ilmenite concentrate grade of 47.81% and the recovery rate of 80.36%. Compared with the recovery of ilmenite in the laboratory, the recovery of ilmenite obtained in laboratory tests has achieved good results.
