1概况 某单位一台上海产型号为KZL4-13的锅炉于1990年安装并投入使用,几年来运行状况良好,但至1997年,在例行的年检中发现存在危及安全的裂纹和腐蚀现象,具体表现形式如下所述: (1)锅筒内侧底部有较大面积的点腐蚀痕迹,呈圆坑状,分布较为均匀,深度从0.5mm～3mm不等。 (2)后管板汽水分界处有小面积的点腐蚀痕迹,深度为1—2mm。
