目标跟踪是无线传感器网络一项具有大量应用的重要技术,针对无线传感器网络目标跟踪中精度和能耗的问题不能均衡,提出一种动态簇目标跟踪算法.当目标进入监测区域内,传感器节点感知到目标,为了尽可能减少参与跟踪的节点数目,采用建立动态簇结构来跟踪移动目标,然后利用果蝇优化算法对粒子滤波算法的重要性采样进行优化,并预测目标下一时刻位置,最后根据预测的目标位置信息与簇头的位置信息,按照簇头更新规则,判断是否需要更换簇头.仿真结果表明,提出的目标跟踪算法在满足跟踪精度的前提下,减少能耗,延长网络寿命.
Target tracking is an important technique for wireless sensor network (WSN) with a large number of applications. To solve the problem of accuracy and energy consumption in WSN tracking, a dynamic cluster target tracking algorithm is proposed. When the target enters the monitoring area, the sensor node perceives To achieve the goal, in order to minimize the number of nodes involved in tracking, the dynamic cluster structure is used to track the moving target, and then the Drosophila optimization algorithm is used to optimize the sampling of the importance of the particle filter algorithm and predict the target position at the next moment. Finally, According to the updating rules of cluster head, the cluster head is judged whether the cluster head needs to be replaced or not, and the simulation results show that the proposed target tracking algorithm can reduce the energy consumption and extend the network lifetime on the premise of meeting the tracking accuracy.
