对于秘书工作绩效的评估,历来没有一个科学的评价系统,立要是靠领导者的个人印象和感觉;而领导的个人感觉印象的科学性又不免受其认识能力、评价能力、个人品质、利益关系的作用和影响而倾斜,酿成程度不同的褒贬不公、待遇不均.要改变这种几近原始的评价形态,必须建立秘书及其工作的科学评价系统.秘书评价系统,应由秘书个体评价系统和秘书工作评价系统构成.(一)秘书个体评价系统的构成与评价标准
