汽车零部件电泳涂漆质量除了与电泳工艺及管理有关外,还与脱脂、磷化等前处理及电泳后烘干处理有很大的关系。根据某汽车零部件电泳涂装线工艺改造的实践,论述了脱脂、磷化等前处理工艺及抽送风系统、烘烤工艺及烘干室内温度场对电泳漆膜质量的影响,介绍了前处理工艺、磷化除渣系统、燃油加热炉和烘干室技术改造方案。经过3个月的试生产证明,经过技术改造后,电泳漆膜质量大幅度提高,产品合格率达98%以上。
