我们吉林建设开发集团公司,是一个以建筑安装施工为主,集多种行业为一体的综合生产经营型企业集团。现有职工1.5万人,现有21个基层工会,72个分会,804个工会小组。自1989年以来,我们结合施工企业的特点,在全公司内广泛开展了工会小组建小家活动。到目前为止,合格职工小家达80%,树立标兵职工小家24个。我们在建设职工小家方面主要有以下几点做法和体会。 一、提高认识,统一思想,增强建职工小家的信心 建设职工小家这一经验能否在建筑施工企业推开,还是一个新课题。针对这一课题,我们能不能建好小家,工
Our Jilin Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. is an integrated production and management enterprise group integrating construction and installation as the main business and integrating various industries. The existing staff of 15,000 people, the existing 21 grass-roots trade unions, 72 branches, 804 trade unions. Since 1989, we have combined the characteristics of construction companies and have carried out a wide range of activities among union teams to build small homes throughout the company. So far, 80% of the qualified workers have reached Xiaojia, and 24 small families have been established. We mainly have the following methods and experiences in the construction of workers’ small homes. I. Raise awareness, unify ideas, and strengthen the confidence of building small workers. It is still a new topic whether building an experience of small workers in a building construction enterprise can be promoted. For this issue, can we build a small home and work?
