为了获取7 000 m双向移动模块钻机(ZJ70DB)底座的力学特性,分析了该底座的主要结构特点,并用ANSYS软件建立了底座模型,在不同载荷和地震工况下对底座进行了强度计算和校核;同时在试验基地对底座进行了安装和调试工作。分析及试验结果表明:该底座为双层结构,采用双层滑移导轨实现丛式井作业,主机移动过程中实现“零”拆卸,强度及稳定性符合设计要求,底座滑移系统工作稳定,各部件性能指标达到设计要求,既可用于陆地丛式井钻井作业,也可模拟海洋丛式井钻机作业。所得结论可为陆地及海洋大型钻机的设计提供参考。
In order to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the 7 000 m two-way mobile module base (ZJ70DB), the main structural features of the base were analyzed. The base model was established by ANSYS software, and the base was calculated under different load and earthquake conditions.
