选择吉林省中熟组18个品系和对照品种吉育86为材料,采用随机区组设计。对产量相关的7个性状进行考种,并进行了相关性分析和聚类分析。我们发现单株粒重、单株荚数和单株粒数三者之间达到极显著正相关;底荚高度与单株荚数达到极显著负相关,与单株粒数达到显著负相关;株高与单株节数达到极显著正相关。聚类分析和各性状分布图,反映出这7个性状在不同类别间的优劣差异和性状间的相关性。采用相关性分析和聚类分析相结合的方法,明确了各产量性状之间的相关性,并更加直观地表现各品系产量相关性状的优劣,辅助优良品系决选,提高选择效率。
Eighteen strains of Zhongshuang of Jilin Province and Jiyu 86, a reference variety, were selected as materials, and were designed by randomized block design. The seven traits related to yield were tested and the correlation analysis and cluster analysis were conducted. We found a significant positive correlation between grain weight per plant, pod number per plant and grain number per plant. There was a significant negative correlation between the height of pod and the pod number per plant and a significant negative correlation with grain number per plant. Plant height and the number of single plant reached a significant positive correlation. Cluster analysis and distribution of each trait reflect the correlations between the superiority and inferiority of the seven traits in different categories and the traits. The correlation analysis and clustering analysis were used to clarify the correlation between yield traits and to more intuitively display the relative traits of yield-related traits in each line, to assist the selection of good lines and improve the selection efficiency.
