目的:分析4个祁山药农家种根茎、茎和叶中的矿质元素含量和积累量。方法:采用流动分析仪测定不同山药品种各器官的N含量,ICP-AES技术测定其他主要矿质元素含量。结果:不同山药品种根茎中的矿质元素含量差异显著,容城棒药的Fe含量最高,为80.79μg/g;紫药的Zn含量最高,为53.65μg/g;安国棒药的K、P、Ca、Mg、Na、Mn、Cu含量均高于其他3个农家种,分别为17.92、2.22、3.12、1.88、0.90 mg/g及8.94、11.03μg/g;小白嘴的N、B含量最高,分别为9.93 mg/g、8.35μg/g。不同山药品种单株的矿质元素积累量亦差异显著,容城棒药的N、P、K、Na和Cu的积累量最高,紫药的Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、B和Zn的积累量最高。结论:不同山药品种各器官的矿质元素含量和积累量差异显著。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the mineral elements content and accumulation in rhizomes, stems and leaves of 4 species of medicinal farmers in Qiyang.
