社区教育的发展在我国历史较短,其课程建设可以说刚刚起步。如何保持社区教育的个性与活力,体现自身的规律和特点,提高课程应用的针对性和有效性,这是摆在社区教育工作者面前的一项重要课题。我们上海市崇明县社区学院做过一个关于《社区教育课程应用研究》的课题,调查发现,目前本市社区教育课程建设的整体水平还不高,底子还比较薄,主要存在以下问题:1.重一次开发,轻应用研究。有的课程开发以后,未能付诸实践,浪费了教育资源;有的过于

How to maintain the personality and vitality of community education, to reflect its own laws and characteristics, and to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the curriculum is an important issue for community educators.
