受国家增加内需等启动经济政策的持续作用影响,11月份,全国工业生产增速继续回升。当月完成增加值1850亿元,比上年同月增长11％,增速比上月加快0.4个百分点;1—11月累计完成增加值18027亿元,比上年同期增长8.5％。 11月份工业生产主要特点: 1 国有及国有控股企业生产增长进一步加快。11月份,国有及国有控股企业增加值比上年同月增长7.2％,比上月加快1.2个百分点;集体企业和股份制企业生产增长也有所加快,当月分别增长11.3％和18.2％,比上月加快1和1.7个百分点;“三资”企业增速有所减慢,增长13.5％,比上月初回落1.6个百分点。
