碳毡/碳复合材料喷管喉衬,经地面试车考核,其的抗热震能力明显优于单纯石墨。但也存在一些问题:烧蚀型面不均匀、不光滑,在进气段和喉部有大小不一、分布不均的孔洞,在下游段有冲刷流痕和沟槽。这除了与流场的分布有关外,还与材质的显微结构有关。 本文叙述了碳毡/碳喷管喉衬的烧蚀以及该材料解剖样品在扫描电镜观察下的烧蚀形貌。观察结果表明:(1)CVD碳管中的纤维碳容易氧化,烧蚀往往从纤维碳和基质碳的结合面

The observation results show that: (1) Carbon fiber in CVD carbon tube is easily oxidized, and the ablation usually takes place from the bonding surface of carbon fiber and matrix carbon
