企业文化不断在改造着企业和企业所处的环境,极大地推动了企业建设,提高了企业的竞争力。高校班级文化的建设也必然能提高高校班级的管理和发展。本文在采用问卷调查方式深入调查了我国企业文化建设和企业文化对高校毕业生的要求以后针对高校班级文化建设现状和存在的问题,提出了班级文化建设中集体主义和个人主义融合的目标,最后结合中国和美日企业文化的特点和形成机制提出了高校班级文化建设的措施。
