Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis of children hospitalized with “seizure attack ” within 1 year of age and their relationship with cytomegalovirus infection. CONCLUSIONS Infants who develop “twitches” within 1 year of age are more likely to develop epilepsy than other conditions.
