氧化物与形成该氧化物消耗的金属的体积比( Pilling Bedw orth Ratio,简称 P B R)是判断氧化膜完整性的一个重要判据, 也是氧化膜内产生生长应力的主要因素之一. 已发表的关于 P B R 的数据都是针对纯金属的.本文基于合金的氧化行为建立了一个简化的模型, 给出了合金上形成的氧化物的 P B R 的计算公式. 具体估算了 Al2 O3、 Ni O 及 Cr2 O3 等几种氧化物膜以及它们的混合膜的 P B R 值. 合金上氧化物的 P B R 值与合金成分有关, 并与纯金属上形成的同种氧化物的 P B R 有显著差别
The Pilling-Bedw orth ratio (P B R) is an important criterion for judging the integrity of oxide films and is also one of the main factors that cause the growth stress in oxide films. Published data on P B R are for pure metals. In this paper, a simplified model was established based on the oxidation behavior of the alloy, and the formula for calculating P B R for the oxides formed on the alloy was given. The specific P B R values of several oxide films, such as Al 2 O 3, NiO and Cr 2 O 3, and their mixed films were estimated.
