安徽贝母醇提物(简称徽贝醇提物)和川贝醇提物的浓度均为200％,徽贝总生物硷(简称徽贝总碱)和川贝总生物碱(简称川贝总碱)的浓度均为10g/L,徽贝总皂甙(简称徽贝总甙)和川贝总皂甙(简称川贝总甙)的浓度均为8g/L。以上受试药物均为本所植化室提供。 猫1.5～3.0kg,大白鼠180～220g,小白鼠18～22g,豚鼠220～320g,兔2kg左右,均雌雄过半。 1.`提物镇咳实验 用Domenjoz氏法,刺激器用YDS—4药理生理实验多用仪。猫8只,用戊巴比妥钠15mg/kg及苯巴比妥钠75mg/kg混合腹腔麻醉。腹腔注射徽贝醇提物4g(生药)/kg,咳嗽强度和次数均受到不同程度的抑制,60min产生显著镇咳作用,并可持续2～3h。徽贝醇提物与川贝醇提物(4g生药/kg)组(猫7只)的镇咳作用,咳嗽次数分别平均减少6.44±1.86及3.14±0.42经自身比较,二者均为P<0·001,两者组间比较P<0.001。
