目的:观察生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法:对97例产后压力性尿失禁患者每天使用神经肌肉刺激治疗仪进行生物反馈及电刺激治疗15~30 min,15次为1疗程,同时结合盆底Kegel训练每日2~5次,每次5 min,逐渐增加训练量。分别评价治疗结束时、治疗后半年、治疗后1年的效果。结果:97例患者治疗结束时治愈84例(86.6%),有效12例(12.4%),无效1例(1.0%);治疗后半年治愈81例(83.5%),有效15例(15.5%),无效1例(1.0%);治疗后1年治愈79例(81.4%),有效17例(17.6%),无效1例(1.0%)。结论:生物反馈电刺激是治疗产后压力性尿失禁的一种简便、无创、近远期治愈率均较高的方法,而盆底Kegel锻炼具有重要的辅助治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of biofeedback stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on female stress urinary incontinence. Methods: 97 cases of postpartum stress urinary incontinence patients were treated with neuromuscular stimulation every day for 15-30 min and 15 times for 1 course of treatment. At the same time, they were trained 2 ~ 5 times a day with Kegel pelvic floor. Time 5 min, gradually increase the amount of training. Evaluation of the end of treatment, respectively, six months after treatment, the effect of 1 year after treatment. Results: Of the 97 patients, 84 (86.6%) were cured, 12 (12.4%) were effective, 1 (1.0%) were ineffective and 81 (83.5%) were cured in half a year after treatment, 15 (15.5% , 1 case (1.0%) was ineffective; 79 cases (81.4%) were cured one year after treatment, 17 cases (17.6%) were effective and 1 case (1.0%) was ineffective. Conclusion: Biofeedback electrical stimulation is a simple, noninvasive and short-term cure method for postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Pelvic floor kegel exercise is an important adjuvant therapy.
