将系统动力学方法引入服装供应链,比较传统服装供应链与产品到顾客模式下服装供应链的异同.构建产品到顾客模式下服装供应链的系统动力学流图,并运用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真分析.得出产品到顾客服装供应链在市场需求波动时,各节点库存波动更小、反应速度更快和运行更稳定.
The system dynamics method is introduced into the clothing supply chain to compare the similarities and differences between the traditional clothing supply chain and the product supply chain to the customer model.The system dynamic flow diagram of the clothing supply chain from product to customer mode is constructed and simulated by Vensim PLE software Analysis shows that when the market demand fluctuates from product to customer apparel supply chain, the inventories of each node have less fluctuation, the response speed is faster and the operation is more stable.
