本文叙述了用5709萃取剂从工厂溶液中萃取分离钴镍的试验研究结果。5709萃取剂能有效地萃取分离工厂溶液中钴和镍,控制过程的主要因素是平衡水相pH值和5709的浓度。萃取分离的适宜工艺条件为:5709浓度0.3M,皂化度70%,反萃取剂1NH_2SO_4或6NHCl,相比O:A=1:1,温度30—40℃,时间10分钟,萃取段数为5—6段,反萃取段数2—3段,萃取和反萃取效率都能达到99%以上。
This paper describes the results of a pilot study on the extraction and separation of cobalt and nickel from a factory solution using a 5709 extractant. 5709 extractant can effectively extract and separate cobalt and nickel in the solution of the plant. The main factors controlling the process are the equilibrium pH of the aqueous phase and the concentration of 5709. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 5709 concentration 0.3M, saponification degree 70%, stripping agent 1NH_2SO_4 or 6NHCl, compared with O: A = 1: 1, temperature 30-40 ℃ and time 10 minutes, 6 sections, stripping sections 2-3 sections, extraction and stripping efficiency can reach more than 99%.
