高的抗压强度是硬质合金的重要性能之一,但目前国内尚无统一的硬质合金抗压强度测试方法。笔者采用文中所介绍的硬质合金抗压强度测试方法测定了WC-11(Co-Ni)硬质合金的抗压强度,探讨了合金中镍、钴比与碳含量对抗压强度的影响。结果表明,对正常组织的WC-11(Co-Ni)合金,当粘结相中Ni含量由30%增至75%时,抗压强度随Ni含量及配碳量的增加而降低;当粘结相中Ni含量由75%增至100%时,抗压强度基本上不随Ni含量及配碳量的变化而变化;WC-7.7Co-3.3Ni合金及WC-5.5Co-5.5Ni合金的抗压强度高于WC-11Co合金。
High compressive strength is one of the important properties of cemented carbide, but currently there is no uniform test method for compressive strength of cemented carbide. The compressive strength of WC-11 (Co-Ni) cemented carbide was measured by the test method of cemented carbide compressive strength introduced in this paper. The effect of nickel and cobalt ratio and carbon content on compressive strength of the alloy was discussed. The results show that compressive strength of WC-11 (Co-Ni) alloy decreases with the increase of Ni content and carbon content when the content of Ni in the binder phase increases from 30% to 75% The compressive strength of NiCrNi alloy with WC-7.7Co-3.3Ni alloy and WC-5.5Co-5.5Ni alloy did not change with the content of Ni and the content of carbon in the junction phase when the content of Ni increased from 75% to 100% Compressive strength is higher than WC-11Co alloy.
