目的:观察高氧液治疗对脑出血患者血清基质金属蛋白酶表达的影响,探讨康复治疗改善脑出血患者功能障碍的可能机制。方法:将66例脑出血偏瘫患者分为常规药物治疗组,高氧液+常规药物治疗组,同时另设5例正常人群作为对照。常规应用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组患者治疗1d、3d、7d、14d时血清MMP-9水平。结果:治疗前2组患者血清MMP-9水平并无明显差异(P>0.05),但均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。经过治疗,血清MMP-9水平有显著下降,但仍高于正常对照组,而高氧液+常规药物治疗组的下降水平明显高于常规药物治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:高氧液治疗明显降低血清MMP-9水平,这有助于缓解脑出血患者出血区水肿的形成,促进患者恢复。
Objective: To observe the effect of hyperoxia liquid on the expression of serum matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and to explore the possible mechanism of rehabilitation therapy to improve dysfunction in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Sixty-six cerebral hemorrhage hemiparesis patients were divided into routine drug treatment group, hyperoxia liquid + conventional drug treatment group, and another 5 normal people as control. The levels of serum MMP-9 in the patients in each group were measured at 1, 3, 7 and 14 days after treatment by routine enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: There was no significant difference in serum MMP-9 levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05), but both were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the level of serum MMP-9 was significantly decreased, but still higher than the normal control group, while the decreased level of hyperoxia liquid + conventional drug treatment group was significantly higher than the conventional drug treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hyperoxia solution can significantly reduce the level of serum MMP-9, which can help to ease the formation of hemorrhage area in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and promote the recovery of patients.
