目的探讨细胞周期调节蛋白p21及周期蛋白依赖性激酶2(CDK2)在Bowen病中的表达和意义。方法采用链霉亲和素-过氧化物酶法检测28例Bowen病和10例正常人皮肤中p21、CDK2的表达和分布。结果p21与CDK2在Bowen病中均为高表达,而10例正常人皮肤标本中表皮均未见表达。28例Bowen病标本,其中22例(78.6%)呈p21阳性染色,26例(92.9%)呈CDK2阳性染色,两者表达水平呈正相关(r=0.84,P<0.001)。结论Bowen病中肿瘤细胞的增殖能力高于正常细胞,可表达高水平促增殖因子CDK2。p21在Bowen病中的高表达可能与肿瘤细胞的分化有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and p21 in Bowen’s disease. Methods The expression and distribution of p21 and CDK2 in 28 cases of Bowen’s disease and 10 cases of normal human skin were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase method. Results Both p21 and CDK2 were highly expressed in Bowen’s disease, while none of the 10 normal human skin specimens showed any expression in the epidermis. Among 28 Bowen’s disease samples, 22 (78.6%) showed positive staining for p21 and 26 (92.9%) showed positive staining for CDK2, the positive correlation was found between them (r = 0.84, P <0.001). Conclusion The Bowen’s disease cells have higher proliferative capacity than normal cells and can express high level of proliferation-promoting factor CDK2. The high expression of p21 in Bowen’s disease may be related to the differentiation of tumor cells.
