以小鼠为对象,采用血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力、血乳酸、肌糖原、肝糖原、血清尿素氮(BUN)的含量变化等指标观察了金针菇的抗疲劳效应。结果表明,服用金针菇一定时间的小鼠,乳酸脱氢酶活力、肌糖原、肝糖原含量均比对照组显著增加,运动后血乳酸水平及血清尿素氮增量明显降低,运动后恢复期血乳酸清除速率显著升高。提示金针菇有增强机体对运动负荷的适应能力,抵抗疲劳产生和加速疲劳消除方面具有明显的作用。
The anti-fatigue effect of Flammulina velutipes was observed in mice using serum LDH activity, blood lactate, muscle glycogen, glycogen, serum urea nitrogen (BUN) content and other indicators.
