最近,笔者到过许多单位了解档案工作情况,发现大部分单位的会议记录都不符合规范要求,存在着年度不分,多年度的会议内容连记在一本;不整理编目、不归档;负责人不审阅签字;无主持人姓名、字迹不清、会议议项不清等现象。造成这些问题的原因很多,但主要有这两点:一是本单位领导对会议记录要求不严,不重视;二是记录者不太明了记录的基本要求及其重要性。因此,笔者谈谈会议记录应注意做到的几点。
