以行星伞齿轮为对象,研究了冷闭塞成形的工艺特点,并分析了该零件的工艺性,模拟了闭塞成形齿轮的整个过程。结果表明:当成形结束时,坯料能够完全充满模具型腔内各个部分,齿顶圆角饱满,没有塌角、折叠、裂纹缺陷。并以下凹模为例,研究了模具的受力情况。通过工艺试验,验证了模拟分析结果,成形出精度高、质量优良的齿轮锻件,大幅降低了材料利用率。
Taking the planetary bevel gears as an example, the technological characteristics of cold-block forming were studied. The process of the part was analyzed, and the whole process of occluding the gear was simulated. The results show that when the forming is finished, the blank can completely fill all the parts in the mold cavity, the fillet is full and there is no collapse, folding and crack defects. And the following die as an example, studied the mold force situation. Through the process test, the results of the simulation analysis are verified, the gear forging with high precision and excellent quality is formed, and the material utilization rate is greatly reduced.
